I may be getting a little late in life for the following but if you want to know who I truly wish I was or can be, these come to mind…
My Career To Date...
I live by a simple motto to “Embrace Change” and adapt as necessary. This has led me through a number of careers. Some working for others and at times taking the entrepreneurial risk to start my own. Yet with risk and change comes the potential of great success and failure.
Over the past few years I’ve done some amazing things. I joined a Startup in Spring 2021 as a Business Development Consultant. The concept was great and so were may of my coworkers. In a short time we grew the startup exponentially and I gained tremendous experience and a lot of respect for Startups.
As that came to a close I joined the Gig industry, I mean in the 2020’s who didn’t :). I worked hard and put in 85+ hours a week and took each moment as a chance to learn about the various industries and people I served. Eventually the long hours inspired me to seek something new, something more aligned with my passion to ski so I joined a boutique luxury Inn in Telluride as a manager where I accomplished a ton in a few short months. New to the Hotel industry there were many challenges and lessons learned. I know I’d love to be near a ski resort again yet it was time for a change again.
Never knowing where life will take you I stumbled upon an opportunity to manage Digital Media for a startup in the RV & Marine industry. I found a plenty of joy managing all things Digital and quickly found myself as their Marketing Director and Strategic Partner. Past experience in event management, IT, systems, finance and operations all applied as I aided and organized almost every aspect of the company.
Although the economy took it’s toll on that business, I find myself inspired to use all my skills to help other businesses grow and individuals thrive. As I move into the next chapter in life, I will continue to give 100% to those I serve promise to leave each opportunity in better shape than when I arrived.

FUN FACT: Did you know the average US worker may be at work 44-48 hours a week yet is only productive about 3 hours/day or 12.5 hours/week?
In contrast, I consistently work 50+ hours a week and strive to be 100% productive.
When I commit to an opportunity I give much more, not only to the job accepted but ideation and support of other tasks, projects and teams. I give whatever it takes to help the organization succeed first and foremost (watercooler talk is way down the priority list)
For instance, my latest roll was simply to be a Digital Marketer, yet the company needed more and lacked resources so I increased my efficiency and dedication to provide all tasks related to Marketing Director, Operations, Sales, Facilities, Tech Service, IT, Systems Implementation & Training as well as Customer Service.
If given the opportunity, I promise to give more value than I earn and simply ask to have a few basic needs met in exchange
